Green (formerly MacNally's), York Street off Grosvenor Street

This one is hidden behind the larger Footage and Firkin and is fairly popular with students as its surrounded by several halls of residence. At the weekend it has a late licence (until 2.00am) which attracts a larger cross section of punters and gets extremely busy. The bar is an extremely strange layout which makes it seem much smaller than it is. There's a wide range of beers, mostly very reasonably priced including Guinness, Tetley and XXXX plus very cheap bottles of crappy lager. Green is a great place if you can't be bothered (or can't afford) to go clubbing at the weekend, but still want to go out for a few beers. (TM)
